At the end of 2025, a special 10-level battle pass appeared in Battlefield 6 for "Battlefield Pro" owners.
One of the tasks was supposed to level up 8 tiers at once; however, it was released bugged, and those who managed to complete it before the release of a fix were unable to receive the reward. Meanwhile, levels could be purchased for premium currency.
The holiday pass has ended, but players affected by the error have yet to receive their expected rewards. A user under the nickname UchihaSekiro complained:
I have played 500 hours, paid for the "Phantom" edition, completed absolutely all challenges, and now... now I cannot receive battle pass points. I completed the bugged challenge as soon as it appeared, and now everyone has received the skin, but I haven't. This is a scam; there is no other way to look at it. I will be vocal about this and will not tolerate paying 100 dollars and being deprived of what I paid for. I have already contacted support, and nothing happened. This needs to be fixed right now. If this continues, I will never pay for an [Electronic Arts] subscription again. I am even ready to delete the game — I will not tolerate such treatment: paying and then not receiving what I gave money for.
UchihaSekiro and some other community members no longer intend to donate to the game and are sometimes considering leaving the project altogether after what happened.
