At the end of 2025, a new small battle pass was added to Battlefield 6. It consists of 10 levels, the final reward being the Objective Ace skin.
A problem arose with it: players noticed that this pass cannot be upgraded without donating. Even if you complete all available quests, there will not be enough points to upgrade to 100%. It looked like you would have to buy levels for premium currency to receive all the rewards, but this was not intended by the developers.
A few hours later, the Battlefield 6 developers got in touch and acknowledged the problem. After the release of the fix, the bonus task received a reward of "85 points" (10 are needed for one pass level). However, those who have already completed this task have not yet received the points - a separate fix is "in progress" for such players.
Meanwhile, some members of theBattlefield 6 community are wondering if refunds will be issued to people who managed to donate in order to maximize the battle pass and unlock the skin.
Also, developers are sometimes criticized for the sudden launch of a mini-pass during the holiday season - not everyone wants to spend time in the game now trying to complete tasks.
