The developers set a limit: it is impossible to manually specify the year "2026" — the system's "limit" is "December 31, 2025." This caused owners to worry about the fate of the device in the new year.
However, with the arrival of 2026, nothing terrible happened to the consoles. Members of the Xbox 360 community who connected online have already reported that the console "did not explode."
They are publishing photos of the calendar — the date automatically moved to January 1, 2026 (the date cannot be manually set to the year '26).
