In January, Valve introduced update 3.7.19 for SteamOS. The developers have fixed a number of technical issues, including those related to the operation of some specific games.
Some changes and improvements:
- Fixed an issue where, after prolonged gaming, the frame rate limit did not work well with monitors using variable refresh rates.
- Fixed a regression related to the game recording feature that caused the video to stop in the middle of the clip.
- Fixed an issue where audio output did not always correctly switch to headphones when connected via the 3.5 mm jack and back to another device when disconnected.
Also, an issue was resolved that caused only an empty window to be displayed in Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 5.
