Avowed to Get Major Changes and a PS5 Version
Xbox Game Studios, along with Obsidian Entertainment, also made an appearance at the New Game+ Showcase. The presentation featured innovations for Avowed - the role-playing game will soon celebrate its first anniversary.
The developers are adding a significant amount of content to the game, hoping to attract both returning players and those who plan to play it for the first time.
A key change is the reworking of the skill tree, allowing for a new approach to combat. The hero's appearance customization system has also been expanded - there are now more customization options.
Finally, the release of Avowed on PS5 was confirmed. Pre-orders have opened, and the release on Sony's console will take place on the anniversary date - February 17, 2026.
