Where Winds Meet Receives Update 1.2 with New Content and Guild Battles
The project continues to evolve and acquire new content.
Everstone Studio has released update 1.2 for the role-playing action game Where Winds Meet.
The main innovation is the finale of the region's storyline - Kaifeng Final Volume: Gambit Beneath the Shimmer. It concludes the story of Kaifeng and opens access to the next chapter of the main campaign called Campaign: Supreme Freedom.
Along with this, players received two new zones: the Nine Mortal Ways base and the Mistveil Prison, each of which offers its own events, dungeons and rewards.
The update also launched the preseason of Guild Battle. It includes preparation and competition stages, regional matchmaking and separate rewards.
Additionally, new side story chapters, activities for new and returning players, as well as temporary events dedicated to in-game holidays have been added to the game.
Among the system changes are a redesigned training mode, an updated photo mode, and cooperative improvements. The developers also noted a large number of technical fixes and optimizations, including increased stability on consoles and more convenient gamepad controls.
