Some PC gamers didn't like that the project had Denuvo.

Late last year, hacker ZeOn announced a Denuvo crack in the Dead Space remake. However, there were a number of technical limitations, and the game did not run very stably.

Now another hacker well-known in the gaming community, voices38, has appeared and presented his solution - he positions it as being of higher quality.

I respect ZeOn's cracking attempts, but the method used is inherently bad. The hack still doesn't run on various configurations and on Linux via Proton. There are also problems with freezes/crashes [...] Keep the classic correct release that works on everything and has no memory problems. Enjoy.
