The Russo brothers left an encrypted message in the "Avengers: Judgment Day" videos
All published teasers turned out to be part of an encrypted message that Marvel fans are trying to decipher.
After the release of all four planned teasers introducing viewers to individual heroes of the future crossover "Avengers: Judgment Day", directors Joe and Anthony Russo explained that the presented videos are neither teasers nor trailers in the usual sense. According to them, these are fragments of a single encrypted message.
"What you've been watching for the last four weeks are not teasers. And not trailers. These are stories. These are clues. Pay attention."
We are talking about a series of short videos, each of which focused on a separate group of characters. In the first, Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) holds a baby in his arms - presumably his child from Peggy Carter. In the second, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) spends time with his adopted daughter Love and prays to Odin before the decisive battle. The third video brings back the X-Men of the Fox era, and the fourth shows a meeting between the Wakandans and the new Fantastic Four.
So far, Russo's encrypted message remains unsolved. Marvel fans are actively building theories and suggest that the key to the solution is hidden in the numbers that appeared at the end of each video - a moment before the timer starts before the film's premiere.
The film "Avengers: Judgment Day" will be released on December 18, 2026 and is positioned as the largest crossover in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to confirmed information, about 30 characters from different studio projects will appear in the project, but the real number of heroes will be higher - Marvel still keeps some cameos secret.
