Polish studio Creepy Jar has revealed the sales figures for its largest project - Green Hell, which was released in September 2019.
The developers reported that the total circulation of the game has exceeded 10 million copies. For an indie project released without the support of a major publisher, this is a significant result. The success of Green Hell complements the strong starting performance of the recently released StarRupture.
Since its release, Green Hell has changed significantly. The studio has regularly expanded the game, adding new content and improvements. This is reflected in user ratings: the project's average rating on Steam is 85%. An additional factor remains the price — until January 19, the Anniversary edition is available on Steam at a 90% discount.
Currently, Creepy Jar is focused on the development and refinement of StarRupture. The game remains in the top 20 Steam bestsellers.
