Bully Online Fan Multiplayer Shut Down a Month After Release
It seems that the lawyers of the GTA publisher have struck again.
Last year, Bully fans got a "Grand Theft Auto Online at home" — the unofficial Bully Online multiplayer was released.
Back then, the developers had big plans, but in early 2026, they announced the closure of Bully Online: the servers were shut down, and work on the project was stopped.
The developers themselves have not yet announced the specific reason for the closure of Bully Online, promising to share the details later.
It is assumed that Take-Two / Rockstar Games lawyers drew attention to Bully Online and sent a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice.
