Some saw them in a Steam client bug — when trying to leave a review for Fallout 3 and FNV, a warning sometimes started appearing that "the game has not yet been released."
However, not all players believe that this bug is confirmation of work on remasters of Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3, as similar errors have occurred with other games.
