The board game "Art of Rivalry" will be released in Russia - a battle of Florentine masters
In the future, thanks to the board game "Art of Rivalry", users from Russia will be able to travel to Italy during the Renaissance, as well as become Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, or their assistants.
The publishing house "Fabrika Igr" has prepared a gift for lovers of the Italian Renaissance. It became known that the team will introduce Russian-speaking gamers to the board game "Art of Rivalry" (also known as Art of Rivalry or Maestro).
Players will be able to witness the creative showdown between Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. They will have to take the side of one or the other as the master himself or his assistant.
This board game features duels, team matches for four people, and even a single-player mode.
The gameplay offers complete asymmetry of the sides with all the ensuing consequences: the struggle for control over territories on a common field, a combination of action selection with betting and the "tug-of-war" mechanic, the development of personal tablets, and a deck-building system.
A unique feature: the resources collected by the player are not received by himself, but by his partner. In addition, in the "Art of Rivalry" you can see many reproductions of works by Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. Pre-order should open in the near future. The Russian-language version of the game will be printed along with the first world edition.
