PQube has announced that the colorful platformer New Super Lucky’s Tale will be released on PlayStation 5 on March 26. This is not a new game, but an improved version of the adventures of Lucky the fox from Super Lucky’s Tale, which originally appeared on PC and Nintendo Switch, and then reached PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2020.
On PlayStation 5, the game will run in resolutions up to 4K at up to 120 frames per second. Support for the features of the DualSense controller is also announced, including tactile feedback and adaptive triggers.
The developers call the project a love letter to classic 3D platformers. Players, along with Lucky, will have to embark on a journey through the Book of Ages, explore vibrant worlds, collect collectibles and fight colorful bosses.
