Critically Acclaimed Death Howl Coming to Consoles in February
The "soulslike" tactical card game Death Howl from The Outer Zone team, which originally launched on PC Game Pass, will soon be available on consoles.
11 bit Studios has announced that the game will be released on February 19, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
Death Howl has received high praise from critics: in December 2025, scores of 9.5/10 and 9/10 were seen, with an average rating of 8.2/10 on OpenCritic. Steam users have also rated the project positively, with an average score of 92%.

Death Howl is a dark tactical card RPG where the huntress Ro explores the spirit world, battles enemies, and collects unique decks to bring her son back from the underworld.
