Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Instantly Sold Out on Nintendo Switch 2
The Nintendo Switch 2 port of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade has been a real commercial success. Just three days after release, physical copies of the game were sold out at most major US retailers - Best Buy, GameStop, and Target.
Currently, the only place in the US where you can order a boxed version is Amazon, with delivery expected only by early February. Players are actively switching to the digital version in the eShop, where the game occupies top positions in sales rankings in the US, UK, and France.
The Switch 2 release includes the complete Intergrade package: Cloud's main adventure in Midgar, the story expansion with Yuffie, and, with early order, access to the original Final Fantasy VII from 1997.
The technical side of the port is also impressive: DLSS technology provides a clear 1080p resolution, with detail close to the PS5 version. Despite almost half of the console's memory being occupied (about 95 GB), the game remains smooth and visually detailed, setting a new standard for Switch 2.
