Russians Banned from Downloading Highguard - Game Lost Most of Its Audience in 2 Days

Players are not sticking around in the new release.

On January 26, Highguard was launched on PC via Steam. Players from Russia faced issues where they could not start a match search, while everything worked correctly from other countries.

On January 28, the creators of Highguard blocked the game's page in the Russian Steam store.

Highguard's online presence in the Valve service dropped sharply: at release, it exceeded 97,000 players, but two days later it is already within 19,000, i.e., it fell by 5 times.

Highguard is receiving negative reviews not only due to server problems; not all players liked the concept of a shooter that combines elements from games of different genres.
