Crisis in the PC Components Market: ZOTAC and Other Manufacturers Under Threat

The situation in the PC components market has become sharply more complicated. Hardware Unboxed commented on ZOTAC's problems: the company is not receiving the usual volumes of kits for some graphics cards from NVIDIA and is facing rising prices.

I think ZOTAC is very concerned about its future. If everything continues in the same way, I do not know how ZOTAC will be able to survive, and this concern is also felt by other PC component manufacturers.
When we talk to distributors, they tell us that the situation is worsening and product supplies will not improve this year.

ZOTAC's Korean branch reported problems with the production of RTX 5090 and RTX 5060.

The situation is so serious that doubts are arising as to whether graphics card manufacturers and distributors will be able to continue operating normally.
The latest prices presented to us are simply ridiculous. This concerns not only the RTX 5090, but also significant price increases for the RTX 5060. Some models may be unavailable altogether.

ZOTAC's American office has already begun canceling orders for RTX 50 series cards. Where the products are returning to sale, prices are significantly higher: the RTX 5080 has jumped from $999 to $1249.
