Iridium Studios and publisher Annapurna Interactive have presented a music video inspired by the upcoming RPG People of Note. The video features the song Mashup, performed by the musicians responsible for the vocal parts of the game's key characters.

The main vocal part of Cadence was performed by singer LEXXE, while Fret's part was performed by Jason Charles Miller, frontman of the metal band Enemy Mine and a well-known voice actor who has worked on God of War, Diablo IV, and League of Legends.

People of Note is a musical RPG set in the world of Nota, where each country and region is tied to a separate musical genre. After failing at the Noteworthy Song Contest, pop star Cadence decides to form a band and sets off on a journey across the world, gradually becoming involved in a conflict that threatens the very harmony of music.

In turn-based battles, players will have to combine notes, rhythms, and musical phrases, strengthening character attacks and creating synergy within the group. According to the developers, People of Note is conceived as a "full-fledged musical RPG," where performances, story, and battles exist as a unified whole.

People of Note is scheduled for release in 2026. The game will launch on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The exact release date has not yet been announced.
