Some fans would like to see an updated version of Morrowind.
Recently, a Bethesda veteran, during an interview, cast doubt on the possibility of creating a "remaster" of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The statement went viral and caught the attention of the publishing director at Larian Studios.
Michael Douse once again decided to speak out on social media and share his vision — it seems to him that creating a remake of TES III: Morrowind is not a bad idea.
Douse believes that Morrowind's combat system needs to be updated:
Okay, you can call me an "optimist," but I believe that somewhere out there is a technically skilled developer who would happily make a remake of Morrowind with a modern combat system — and something like that would sell like hot cakes.
