NVIDIA once again holds leading positions in the graphics card market. Despite problems with burned connectors on cards from other manufacturers, the RTX 50 Founders Edition proved to be the most reliable in 2025.
According to Puget Systems, FE cards had a failure rate of only 0.25%, followed by Asus (0.40%) and PNY (0.45%). It is known that the 12V-2×6 connector on top-tier RTX cards can cause problems, but such issues are practically absent on Founders Edition cards.
Other manufacturers encountered connector problems more often, while FE cards stand out for their high-quality materials, reliable power delivery, and redesigned construction.
It is also noted that AMD and Intel processors demonstrate similar reliability with a minimal failure rate, although results may vary across different regions.
For users seeking maximum reliability, FE cards remain the best choice.
