The wait for the new installment of the franchise continues.

Recently, the attention of Grand Theft Auto VI fans was drawn to a statement by a well-known journalist.

Former IGN editor Greg Miller and host of the Kinda Funny Games podcast said that negotiations are underway with Rockstar Games regarding the preparation of a GTA VI preview (he received "several emails" from the studio about this).

It appears that the negotiations are at a very early stage and an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) has not yet been signed, which is what made it possible to talk about it.

For now, the release of Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for November 2026.
