The legal entity of the engine's developer company has been liquidated. Previously, VK Holding planned to invest 1 billion rubles in it.

Reportedly, the liquidation of N-Jinn LLC was completed on February 2, 2026, and the decision to do so was made in August of last year.

Previously, the developers of Nau Engine announced a transition to a community-driven approach:
