Part of the success was ensured by PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions: more than 3 million players worldwide have played Pacific Drive through these services.
Cassandra Dracott, head and creative director of the studio, stated:

The game will soon celebrate its second anniversary, and the developers are already planning new projects, while not forgetting the continued success of the product.
