Nexon, the publisher of ARC Raiders, has released its financial report for 2025, reporting record revenue for the third year in a row.
At the end of 2025, Nexon's revenue amounted to ¥475.1 billion ($3.1 billion), which is 6.5% more compared to the previous year. Operating profit reached ¥124 billion ($809.4 million), practically unchanged year-on-year (-0.1%). Net profit amounted to ¥92.05 billion ($601.2 million), down 31.7%.
In the fourth quarter, revenue increased by 55% and reached ¥123.6 billion ($807.2 million), and operating profit amounted to ¥7.2 billion ($47.2 million). At the same time, the indicator turned out to be lower than the company's forecasts due to «higher than expected expenses». These include employee bonuses related to the success of ARC Raiders, as well as increased platform fees amid strong sales of new projects.
ARC Raiders, released in October 2025, became «the largest new game launch in Nexon's history», said Nexon CEO Junghun Lee.
According to Lee, 15 weeks after its release, the project continues to demonstrate sustainable growth and a high level of audience engagement, exceeding the company's most optimistic expectations.
