Konami has announced the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, which will be released on August 27 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC (Steam).
The second part of the collection will for the first time offer a port of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, which previously remained a PlayStation 3 exclusive. The collection will also include Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker in the version from the HD Collection.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 includes:
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
- Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD Collection version)
- Metal Gear: Ghost Babel — the first portable game in the series
It is noted that versions of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for other regions can be downloaded separately from the digital store. In turn, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD Collection) supports network play for up to six people.
