Is the MGS Master Collection no longer being criticized? Patch 3.0.0 brings 4K and dozens of fixes

Konami has released update 3.0.0 for Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1. The patch added native 4K support - players have been asking for this since the collection's release.

The key change is Ultra HD for Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Previously the projects ran in 720p, which looked weak on large screens. Now on PS5, Xbox Series X and PC, the picture has become noticeably clearer. Settings for selecting between internal and output resolution have appeared. The "Adjusted" mode increases the quality to 4K.

The update also affected the interface: button remapping was added, sound errors in cutscenes were fixed. These technical fixes increase the comfort of the playthrough.

The version for Switch received a performance improvement.
