He drew the community's attention to archived materials — it is presumed that this is a prototype of a cut mission that later became the Bring Down the Sky expansion:
During the development of Mass Effect, BioWare uploaded a prototype expansion (DLC) to PartnerNet — Xbox Live's internal testing network for Xbox 360 developers. This expansion was extracted and published on Hidden Palace on October 25, 2025. Although the title and planet are borrowed from Caleston — a cut planet from Mass Effect — the contents appear to be an early version of the Bring Down the Sky DLC.
The version shown by TheUnsungHero26 differs from the final one; for example, there is a timer; instead of bases, you need to search for mines with generators that must be disabled; there are no batarians.
The Bring Down the Sky expansion for Mass Effect is known in the Russian localization as "Bring Death from the Skies".
