Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 Developers Promise Uncompromising Graphics on All Platforms

The creators of Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 are reassuring fans that the multi-platform release will not affect the game's visuals. Project director Naoki Hamaguchi stated in an interview:

Our decision to release the FFVII Remake series on multiple platforms in no way reduces the quality of the third installment. Our production structure doesn't work that way… I guess I'll have to repeat that over and over again.

The game is being created with scaling in mind for different configurations. According to Hamaguchi, memory has not been a problem for any platform, and the Nintendo Switch 2 has "enough RAM." The Xbox Series S version requires optimization, but the team adapts each release individually. Instead of overloading the processor, the developers adjust the density of the world, for example, the number of NPCs in cities.

The main principle: resources are first created in maximum quality for high-performance systems, and then adjusted for weaker devices.
