GameSir has introduced a macOS version of GameHub, software that the company claims will allow you to run Windows games and Steam projects on Mac computers. In the teaser, the manufacturer used the slogan "Your Mac is now a gaming PC" and indicated that the release will take place in the near future.
GameHub is already available on Android. There, the application combines Windows game emulation with connecting to a Steam account to download and synchronize progress. Judging by the published materials, the macOS version will receive similar functionality with additional graphics settings.
The promotional image shows AI-powered scaling options, performance management, color profile selection, and VSync enabling. The company mentions support for MacBook, iMac, Mac Studio, and Mac mini, but specific system requirements have not yet been disclosed.
At the same time, the GameSir application already exists on iOS, but performs a different function. In the mobile version, it is used as a utility for configuring controllers, updating firmware, and testing buttons. The developers have not reported on the transfer of PC game emulation to iPhone or iPad.
