Experienced specialists will have to decide where the franchise will be heading.
Recently, Ubisoft revealed who will now be responsible for the future of Assassin's Creed.
The specialists will oversee the franchise's development as part of the Vantage studio:
- Martin Schelling (producer of AC IV: Black Flag and Origins) — now the head of the Assassin's Creed brand. He will be responsible for strategy and long-term vision.
- Francois de Billy (production director of AC: Origins and Valhalla) — head of production improvement.
- Jean Guesdon (creative director of AC: Origins and Black Flag) — head of the brand's content department. He will define the franchise's overall creative direction "while remaining faithful to its core principles" and support individual games.
The transition to the new positions is expected to take place "over the next few weeks".
