According to reports, Hogwarts Legacy 2 is expected to be released shortly after the premiere of the first season of HBO's Harry Potter series. This means the projected release window is approximately from January to April 2027!
If the tentative "Hogwarts Legacy 2" really does come out shortly after the series premiere, this could boost sales even further.
The original game drew a lot of attention and sold very actively, although activists conducted a "cancel" campaign online (if it affected sales at all, not by much — sales exceeded 40 million copies).
