In 2027, fans of the "Final Fantasy" series who miss the JRPG Final Fantasy XII will be able to acquire another statue of the Viera warrior Fran, thanks to Square Enix and Good Smile Company.
Square Enix and Good Smile Company have announced the opening of pre-orders for a new Fran statue from the role-playing game Final Fantasy XII. Those who want to purchase such a 29-centimeter collectible item will have to pay 44,000 Japanese yen (approximately 22,000 rubles).
The sculptors masterfully recreated her familiar pose with a bow slung over her shoulder, perfectly capturing the bright and memorable image of the heroine from the aforementioned JRPG. The statue is scheduled for release in March 2027.
Fran is a Viera warrior, master gunsmith, loyal companion to the sky pirate Balthier, and co-pilot of his airship, the Strahl. She has dark skin, lush white hair, elongated fingers with sharp claws, long rabbit ears, and dark red eyes.
She usually gathers her long hair into a ponytail, allowing short strands to freely frame her face, and also prefers high-heeled shoes and revealing armor that resembles exquisite lace lingerie.
Fran is extremely reserved when communicating with members of other races and rarely shows emotion. This heroine left her native village to find freedom. She truly cares about her sisters, although she claims that she no longer considers herself their sister because she has rejected the traditional Viera way of life.
