In early 2026, the authors of Genshin Impact updated the user agreement. Recently, some community members studied it and drew attention to the points according to which miHoYo (HoYoverse) receives permission to use player data to train artificial intelligence.
As in many projects using artificial intelligence technologies, we may use user-generated data, such as chats, to train and improve the model used to provide our Services. You can opt out of participating in model training at any time in the settings related to the Service. Refusal will not affect your current gameplay
The developers of Genshin Impact do not specify exactly how AI uses the data received and what tasks are performed.
