Timberborn, a well-known project among fans of city-building strategies, will soon receive version 1.0.
Developers from the Polish studio Mechanistry are preparing a number of innovations and fixes. The update will be released with a slight delay, on March 12, 2026, instead of the previously announced March 5.
The developers announced that version 1.0 will "feature one more function." This refers to automation, which will reduce the burden on micromanagement. The game will add new objects that can automatically respond to certain situations, for example, when a specified water level is exceeded.
The full list of changes in update 1.0 is published separately. On March 12, Timberborn will leave early access.
