The authors have already confirmed that 1348 Ex Voto will be released on PS5 in a boxed edition on June 4, 2026. The digital version will appear earlier – on March 12 on PlayStation 5 and PC.

The team also thanked users for the "constructive reactions" and confirmed that the release will take place on March 12.

Players complain about performance issues and the combat system, especially melee combat. According to users, when testing the demo version, difficulties arise even on PCs with GeForce RTX 5090.
