In March, Valve returned to Deadlock and introduced a major update for the game that changed gameplay mechanics, heroes, and items.
- The ability to jump while sliding has been added.
- The first Shrine is now easier to destroy, while the second is harder (with 5,000 and 10,000 health respectively).
- Destroying a pair of base Guardians now triggers a "wave of creeps moving along the rope with acceleration to strengthen your push."
New neutral monster camps have been added to the map, and Mid Boss health has been increased from 11,900 to 13,000. Rewards for the boss and other objectives have also been increased.
The item Golden Goose Egg has been added, and other items as well as characters have been rebalanced.
