It has become known that the third part of Layers of Fear is not being developed by Bloober Team's internal teams. Instead, the studio is working on the project together with an external partner, while remaining the owner of the franchise and actively participating in the production.
The name of the partner studio is not officially disclosed. However, it is assumed that it may be the Polish Anshar Studios — the developers who have already collaborated with Bloober Team on the Layers of Fear collection.
The head of Bloober Team, Piotr Babieno, also said that the two main teams of the studio are now focused on large projects. One of them is the already announced Silent Hill remake, created for Konami after the successful release of Silent Hill 2 Remake.
The second project is codenamed Project H. This is a new original game that is in the pre-production stage. It is being developed by the team that released Cronos: The New Dawn last year. According to Babieno, Project H will be the most ambitious project in the studio's history and has the greatest commercial potential — while the budget will not exceed the cost of Cronos.
