The developers of Honkai Star Rail held a presentation of update 4.1 "Dedicated to the Subdream". miHoYo (HoYoverse) talked about the character banners.
Asweel will be the only new character and will be included in both banners. There will be reruns of Asta and Misha.
First Honkai Star Rail 4.1 character banner:

- Guinaifen (5-star rarity, The Nihility path, Wind damage type) [RERUN]
- Yukong (4-star rarity, The Harmony path, Imaginary damage type) [RERUN]
- Misha (4-star rarity, The Destruction path, Ice damage type) [RERUN]
