The technology debuted earlier this month with the release of Resident Evil Requiem.
Sony has announced expanded support for the updated PSSR technology on the PlayStation 5 Pro console. This week, the improved upscaler will begin appearing in a number of games, including Monster Hunter Wilds, Silent Hill F, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
According to Sony, the new wave of updates will begin rolling out on March 17 at 2:00 AM Moscow time and will add PSSR support in the following games:
- Alan Wake 2
- Control
- Dragon Age: The Veilguard
- Dragon's Dogma 2
- Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
- Monster Hunter Wilds
- Nioh 3
- Rise of the Ronin
- Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II
- Silent Hill 2
- Silent Hill F
Sony also announced that patches with support for the technology will be released for Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Cyberpunk 2077 "in the coming weeks."
