Rob Runesson, one of the co-founders of Embark, who held the position of Content Director, has decided to leave the studio. The reason for this was allegations of an inappropriate relationship with an esports streamer associated with The Finals.

The company reported that the decision was made by mutual agreement, despite the fact that an independent investigation did not confirm the allegations. In an official statement, the studio said that after the information appeared, management immediately engaged a law firm to conduct an external audit. Although no violations were established, the situation was deemed "unstable," which led to the separation from Runesson.

The accusations themselves were spread online through anonymous documents and discussed on various online platforms. They claimed that a well-known streamer was allegedly in a relationship with Runesson and had difficulty ending it due to his influence in the industry. However, the streamer herself later stated that some of the information being spread was taken out of context or distorted.
