Recently, Update 41 and the premium add-on Mercedes-Benz Trucks Dual Pack 1 were released for SnowRunner. As it turned out, one small technical detail was not included in the list of "novelties".
Some players noticed after installing the update that the physics of cars in SnowRunner clearly began to glitch: the cars barely move and shake strangely. During the discussion, it was suggested that the problem was not related to bugs, but to the use of a pirated program to unlock additional content.
Subsequently, this community theory was confirmed. With the release of Update 41, SnowRunner really introduced "improved add-on ownership verification".
Players who are experiencing physics problems (for example, trucks are shaking and not moving) are advised to reinstall the game and make sure that they are not using "third-party unlocking programs that modify game files".
Due to licensing restrictions, SnowRunner and DLC content are not sold in the Russian Steam. Now fans are looking for intermediaries who could help them purchase DLC for their accounts.
