It's time to become Japanese warlords striving to ensure the dominance of their clans, as the board strategy game "Shogun. Complete Edition" is now available in Russia. The box already includes four expansions - "The Emperor's Court", "Samurai", "Generals", and "Dajokan".
The publishing house "Evrikus" announced the release of the military-economic strategy board game "Shogun. Complete Edition", designed for 3-5 players. Currently, it can be purchased in various stores for 6303 – 10 600 rubles.
"Shogun" is a game with action planning, an original battle mechanic using a special tower, and auction elements. To succeed, participants need not only to control as many provinces as possible, but also to develop their possessions: build castles, temples, and theaters, collect rice and taxes, and suppress rebellions.
The "Complete Edition" includes four expansions. "The Emperor's Court" introduces political intrigues taking place in the new area of the imperial palace, where, with the help of officials, a player can gain the emperor's favor.
"Samurai" introduces a system of military valor, providing useful bonuses. "Generals" adds special characters that can be used to perform enhanced actions and gain additional victory points. "Dajokan" expands strategic opportunities and allows you to earn more points.
In "Shogun", battles between players and peasant uprisings take place using a battle tower. All participating armies are simultaneously thrown into the tower. The side whose cubes are more in the tray wins. The defeated armies return to the reserve, and the winner places the remaining cubes in the province and takes the corresponding card for themselves.
The game lasts two in-game years, each of which consists of four seasons (rounds): Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. After the second winter round, the final scoring takes place. The player with the most victory points wins, and in case of a tie, the one with more chests in reserve wins.
