Icarus also found a place in the PlayStation Store ranking. The project is currently in the top 10 pre-orders, which hints at significant commercial success. The release on PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles will take place on March 26, 2026.
Icarus is a cooperative survival simulator with an online PvE mode. On PS5 and Xbox Series X, the game will offer two graphics modes. This is already a classic of console games – a mode with increased resolution and a frequency of 30 FPS, as well as a mode with a frequency of 60 FPS (with its own resolution of about 1440p).
The published videos demonstrate how Xbox consoles cope with the specified frame rate. It is expected that the PS5 version will work and look the same as the presented version for Xbox Series X.
