Forced debt recovery proceedings for an amount exceeding 11 billion rubles have been initiated within the structures of the company "Lesta Games", according to data from the Federal Bailiff Service. The enforcement proceedings have been opened in favor of the state budget, which potentially complicates the sale of the company's assets, which are currently managed by Rosimushchestvo.

The debt of one of the company's legal entities — Lesta Games Agency LLC — reaches 11.4 billion rubles. Separate proceedings have been opened against Lesta LLC; the amount of claims against it is 239.7 million rubles.

Previously, controversial situations have arisen around the company. In particular, in the fall of 2025, the Red Expo festival was canceled after Lesta refused to sponsor it. Later, in March 2026, the Moscow Arbitration Court established the fact of withdrawal of funds from the company's accounts after the introduction of interim measures in the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General's Office. It turned out that the previous management of the studio used the festival's financing as a tool for withdrawing funds, despite the restrictions in place; it was about an advance payment of 150 million rubles.

The company itself states that the current situation does not affect operations and does not change current plans for project development.

Experts suggest that such a significant amount of claims may be related to the state's attempt to compensate for lost funds as part of the nationalization of the business.
