DC Studios and Warner Bros. have released a full trailer for the movie "Supergirl," which gives a clearer idea of what awaits viewers this summer.
As previously reported, the plot of the comic book movie is based on the miniseries "Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow" by Tom King and Bilquis Evely.
The plot follows Kara Zor-El, also known as Supergirl, as she has to save the super-dog Krypto from death. To do this, she embarks on an interstellar journey to find an antidote in three days. On this journey, she will meet both new enemies and new allies. Among others, Jason Momoa appears in the frame, playing the mad space mercenary Lobo.
The director is Craig Gillespie, the script was written by Ana Nogueira, and the main role is played by Milly Alcock.
The premiere of "Supergirl" is scheduled for June 26, 2026.
