Playdigious has announced the release of Slime Rancher on iOS and Android. The mobile version of the indie hit from Monomi Park will be released on May 26, 2026, and will be distributed under a premium model for $8.99.
Slime Rancher is a first-person sandbox game with farm simulator elements, where the player takes on the role of Beatrix LeBeau. She sets off to the distant planet Far, Far Range, located thousands of light-years from Earth, to develop her own ranch and earn money by breeding slimes.
The game was released in 2017 and has since collected over 130,000 reviews on Steam, 98% of which are positive. The mobile version will retain the main content of the original, including three modes — adventure, casual, and rush. The interface has been redesigned for touch controls, and gamepad support is also announced.
Pre-registration is already open on Google Play and the App Store. However, the game is not available in Russia and will not receive Russian localization at the start. Users who want to try the mobile version will have to take into account both regional restrictions and the language barrier.
