Evercade is a gaming ecosystem and licensed platform created by Blaze Entertainment. Each game on it is officially approved by the copyright holder. In addition, projects are delivered on physical cartridges in beautiful boxes with color manuals.
Today, Blaze Entertainment employees opened pre-orders for the Evercade Nexus portable console with a 5.89-inch IPS screen (840×512 resolution, 500+ nits brightness). The standard edition can be purchased for $199.99 (16,178 rubles), and the Nexus 64 version for $229.99 (18,605 rubles).
The device has two analog sticks, a D-pad, classic buttons, rear bumpers and triggers, textured grips, a quad-core processor (1.5 GHz), 4 GB of EMMC RAM, Wi-Fi 6 (5 GHz), and a 5000 mAh battery (battery life - more than 5 hours).
Dimensions and weight of Evercade Nexus: width - 21.5 cm, height - 11.1 cm, depth - 3.4 cm, weight - 410 grams. The console comes with the Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack cartridge, which includes the games Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie on a single physical medium.
There are two color options: the all-black Nexus with dark buttons and a neon red logo, and the Nexus 64 in the N64 case color with main and functional elements referencing the N64 controller design.
The console will allow you to run any other game from the Evercade library - more than 80 cartridges and over 700 titles. In addition, there is an EverSync function, with which users can locally share one game with another Nexus console.
As in the EXP and EXP-R models, the device can be rotated vertically for TATE mode. The Nexus 64 version is limited to 2000 units and comes with a branded hard case. The start of deliveries and the release of Evercade Nexus are scheduled for October 2026.
