The fourth season of the anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" has premiered on Crunchyroll. So far, only the first episode has been released. It opens the first of five planned parts, which is expected to include about nine episodes. It has not been officially specified when the remaining parts will appear. Only that the second part is planned for release in the summer is known.

The plot continues the story of Rimuru Tempest, who seeks to strengthen the alliance between humans and monsters. As his state grows, political conflicts intensify as well. Granbell Rozzo and his granddaughter Maribel oppose him, while Demon Lord Leon Cromwell pursues his own goals. At the same time, the emergence of a new Hero is brewing in the world.

Production is once again handled by studio 8-Bit. Naokatsu Tsuda serves as director, Hitomi Ogawa is responsible for the screenplay, and character designs were prepared by Ryoma Ebata. The music was composed by R.O.N. The opening theme "Esoragoto" was performed by Air Aoi, and the ending theme "Katsubo" by the group CiON.

Earlier, the feature-length film from the "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" franchise, "Tears of the Blue Sea," was also released in Russian cinemas — distribution began on April 2.
