The creators of MOUSE: P.I. For Hire are doubling down on atmosphere. The project, executed in a unique black and white retro-noir style, has acquired the perfect musical accompaniment: the soundtrack is by the famous French electro-swing group Caravan Palace.
The musicians perfectly captured the spirit of the grotesque and harsh world, as can be seen in the new video.
The clip transports you to the El Paradiso casino, where you can have fun, although for some unfortunate souls the price will be too high. The main character, Jack Pepper, will appear briefly, but there will be a hint of the cases that the life-weary detective takes on: corrupt officials, gangsters, and others.
The project will be released on April 16, 2026 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch 2. The developers promise from 12 to 20 hours of gameplay depending on the style of play. After the release, support will not stop, as a story addition is already in development.
