Crunchyroll has announced the nominees for the tenth anniversary Anime Awards 2026, where winners are determined by both the jury and the audience.
The main category, "Anime of the Year," features six projects:
- second season of «Dandadan»
- «Gachiakuta»
- final season of «My Hero Academia»
- «Takopi's Original Sin»
- second season of «The Apothecary Diaries»
- «The Summer Hikaru Died»
In the "Film of the Year" category, the following will compete for the win:
- «Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc»
- «Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - To the Hashira Training»
- «Hyakka Ryōran Samurai Bride»
- «Mononoke: Chapter II - Ash of Fury»
- «Scarlet»
- «The Rose of Versailles»
